Top Kashmiri leader asks Pakistan to withdraw from peace pacts with India

@Psychic Value your time,there is a whole team around which is programmed to sing mantra of things we can't do.

Seriously...even i am also confused with your post...Geelani always asked to get united with Pakistan...Why are you upset with his message???
Of course it is a different issue, if i would react to this post differently...bur prior to my reaction, i was confused about your argument with your Pakistan posters...
I meant in general, not him. So dont be confused. You should watch videos of azad Kashmiris from 2 years ago.

@Psychic only confirmed that mentality.

''We will go to any extent to let them have their right to self determination.''

May i add, subject to political leadership of Pakistan, which is steered by friends of India.

I have a different view...
What is disputed? Whole of Jammu and Kashmir
Who will vote (if given ROSD)? .. All who live there (Dogras, Sunni Muslims, Shia Muslims, Buddhist)
Now can you prevent India from settling people in Jammu, Kargil or Laddakh region......Srinagar valley and adjoining areas are not whole of J&K. and outcome of that voting (if it happens) will not be treated per pockets of land..it will be aggregated and considered for the whole region.....

* ROSD-Right of Self Determination

You see, purely from Indian narrative, the Kashmir issue as a whole involve what is now Azad Kashmir and Gilgit Baltistan. So when the issue of voting will arrive, the people of these two region will vote and you can more or less guess who they will vote for. Any major attempt by India to change the demography in other region will be noted and cause issues but if for the argument sake, that is factor, then what is stopping Pakistan to insert more people in Azad and GB region for the sake of voting?

Completely Agree. Pakistan should withdraw from all the bilateral pacts with India. Its meaningless as GoI has no interest in respecting those pacts.

Pakistan should drop the drama and invade right now. Later or will be too late.

Exactly.... If India attempts and Pak complains...... UN as usual will say, bilateral issue.... If we also reciprocate by alterning demography, India will complain that there is no point holding ROSD voting as most o the voters on both sides are plated and against what is written in UN resolution pre-requisites on Kashmir dispute.

On me seeing it from Indian narrative...may be...but this is what our press tells us...My info is based on reading (press, internet, blogs)....if that is Indian perspective, then I guess they might be having more media influence....

You are going by assumption and what ifs. I am talking about measure and counter measures. When did UN said its a bilateral issue to begin with? UN are part of dispute, its their resolution. Any attempt by India to change the demography will further erode its claims on Kashmir and it wont be able to complain to anyone if Pakistan reciprocate, infact will be considered a major breach in international laws. As things stands, with the Indian narrative on Azad Kashmir and Gilgit Baltistan in overall Kashmir dispute, the writing is on the wall for India, if ROSD is enforced.
