Top American graduates heading to India for employment

.
i heard indian airlines are employing european pilots because it turns out cheaper than indian pilots... good going india

They get pilots from everywhere (Americas/Europe...). And not just for money. I don't believe money is the prime motivator.

That's probably because Indians are so damn skillful at forging degrees, that Airlines can't determine whom to hire and whom not to.

I've never seen a top American graduate go to India after graduation, they all talk about the excessive corruption & (no offense) fi-lth in the country. Secondly, all the Indians that come from India are desperate to stay inside the US at whatever cost, despite the poor economy here, & when I asked them if they wanted to go back to India, they gave me this look like 'are you crazy'?

you are 100% correct .... almost all the 100% IT engineers have a dream to go to first world country like USA, UK etc and many of them have plan to settle there permanently. But what I heard many top quality foreign students are attracted by the infrastructure of ISRO, DRDO and many other R&D sectors like bio-farms,computer science etc. Certainly they are not coming in India looking for jobs ....

Considering the fact that I have interacted with hundreds Indian college graduates, masters students, & industry professionals over many years; ranging from Gujjus, Maharashtrians, South Indians (Bangalore & other cities) as well as people from Delhi & close by areas, I know what I am talking about.

I heard many Indian graduates in the US intend to go back to India. It ain't easy getting a Green Card these days.

At least Indians are honest. Chinese will say "yes, of course, China's great!"... and there's a higher overstay rate of Chinese students at least from 1990 to 2007. Its only because there's more Indian masters students than Chinese PhD students that it seems Indians do it more. That's what I like, no BS lies from Indians.

I have no problem with technically qualified people going to Western Countries, but I am absolutely against medical professionals especially doctors moving to US or UK for better pay. They convientently forget the fact that their education was subsidized by common ranging ranging from the office clerk to farmer, but once they graduate they board the next flight out of India leaving the common man of India in distress. I think the Govt should enact some law by which doctors are forbidden from leaving the country for a period of 10-15 years after he or she graduates.

We should not restrict. Hopefully we good continuous supply of well educated work force. What makes me happy is that UGC now has proper evaluation for our lecturers and also is providing them opportunity to present their work at international conferences!!!
Better researchers for us!!!

Sir, educating a doctor is much more expensive and tedious than educating an engineer and it applies to every country, not to mention there are very few medical colleges and the low doctor to patient ration(1:1700 by some sources)in India. Even China & Pakistan have better doctor to patient ratio.
