I've gone there to visit cousins. There is a place called Misaeed very close to Doha which has all the petrochemical factories. There are also Sand dunes located close in Misaeed where people go to ride beach buggies. I went for the same and could smell the fumes from these factories . This and the ever blowing sand makes for a toxic combination. If you live there for a long time, it's like smoking several cigarettes a day. That could be the reason why it's featured in this list.

Oh... don't you say anything against my city... there are wrost cities in pakistan...e.g., Gujranwala, Sialkot etc... Rawalpindi is a relatively decent city as per pakistani standards... have you ever been to a interior sindhi city?
