Top 16 ASEAN Cities with Most Skyscrapers | 150 meters or more in height

Thailand is a weird, weird country. They had more coups than elections, but the country is still in one piece, monarcy is still intact, and economy doing remarkably well, even attracting foreign money...
They got more JP invetors shifting from CN "thanks" to CN US trade war.

JP is always the largest investor of Thai for tens of years.
And CN just surpasses JP since 2019.
Think again.
Of course there many CN investors also flee to VN, Thailand to avoid trade war. (Xiaomi, Luxxshare, auto parts suppliers etc )

CN investors only loves money, not CN, dude

You always have excuse.
Meanwhile, during the trade war, CN surpasses US to be the largest recipient of foreign FDI.
It seems all the investors loves money, not their own country.

Thats just propaganda, no one buy it, inlcuding Cnese, thats why CN birth rate dropping sharply due to CN economic failure

-------
Declining birth rates and an increasing elderly population are expected to put pressures on China’s working age population (defined as the population between the ages of 15 to 64) from both sides. UN population projections anticipate that China’s working age population will fall by 200 million by 2050
--------
Birth rates tend to plummet during periods of economic uncertainty and instability, and despite China’s comparatively strong recovery from the COVID-19 pandemic, the decline in registered births throughout 2020 sends a strong signal that its people remain uncertain about the future.

Yes. since everything is propaganda, keep on living in your dream and never wake up.
Brith rate is a global problem, Africa has the highest brith rate, maybe because of their good economy.
By 2050, we may have less working age population, but we also have more better educated population than today, and more robots.

No, we don't want more kids because we wanna give our children better life and better education.
I guess in VN you rise kids as long as they not die of hunger?
when you get rich, you will have better pursuit.
I spend more than 50k US$ last year on online payment, you think I'm too poor to rise more kids?

Yeah..but most of Cnese never get a better life as housing price in big cities keep raising fast, living cost also keep raising fast.

Millions Cnese working so hard, but they never can afford to buy a small appratment in Shanghai , and pls dont say that they can buy house in 3th tier cities cos its too hard to find jobs there as factories also shift to another nations to avoid trad war

Yup, they are also the most developed Indo-China countries with huge margin of development if you compared to the rest of Indo-China region (Laos, Myanmar, Vietnam, Cambodia). Myanmar IMO has huge potency if they can short out their internal problem, particularly due to relatively huge population, huge landmass, and good and strategic geographical location.

I think having a monarchy is also one of the reason Thai people are still relatively satisfied (thus creating political stability and good security environment) despite being ruled by military because monarchy is still on the top and they are used to it, not to mention their previous King was quite charismatic, clever, and live quite long. I dont talk about current situation after their previous King passed away where the economic growth rate is quite low around 2 percent and the people start feeling less content on the monarchy and their half democratic system.
Thailand is religious. Majority of are not interested of politics. Tourism is good. Lots of investments come from Japan, US, Unlike Vietnam the country was not destroyed by wars. It avoids being colonized.

Malaysia tallest building and it will be the tallest in SEA and second tallest in the world is taking shape. Unlike Malaysia, Indonesia is not likely to have very tall building, but by looking to new current office buildings project in Indonesia, Indonesia will likely to have the most skyscrapers in SEA starting in 2024, surpassing Thailand.

Thailand has a civil war, or a revolution every 5 years.
