yes it does...but on the other side....according to study that too much violent games do affect the aggressive levels of human mind ie their aggression is increased a/c to research.

But we can say the same about movies, and even sports.
Have you never seen a fight break out on a the field?

Actually, I have seen more fights when playing sports then I have ever seen playing video games.

Im Getting tired of video games,they are such a waste of time, you spend time on pseudo skills which are useless in real life.

Then I suggest you graduate to the Microsoft Flight Simulator X. It's as real as it gets. And if you have multi- screen display with MS force feedback joystick and pedals, then you're in near reality what with real life flight physics down to the shudders you feel through the joystick if you're in an air pocket! (This MS flight Sim is being used as an adjunct to train cadets and rookie pilots too in the UK!)

Here are a couple of screenshots taken from the cockpit of a Eurofighter over Hawaii...

Yep! It's as real as it gets! And the graphics are photorealistic thanks to Google Earth! In other words this one isn't fictional terrain, but the actuals. And the glass cockpit isn't a painted over job. All gauges work - from the artificial horizon to radio frequency tuning, auto pilot switches and the radar, to flaps and the undercarriage indicators. The sound of the afterburners is awesome! It's just like the real stuff! And at about Rs 2000, it's a steal - amazing value for money.

Shoot-em-up games are getting pretty monotonous and boring!

Yeah, MS flight simulator I think is more of a educational program than a video game for children.

I might actually give it a try. I hope I am not to clumsy and crash into buildings.

Right! This ain't no sim for kids as it isn't a game! And you can start with the microlights first before you graduate to props and then to jets! Complete instructions are included for each type of aircraft.

Here's a microlight you can fly in FSX....(This is the outside view)...

There are hundreds of aircraft you can choose from. Also, photorealistic Google Earth scenery is not available in the original MS flight sim. You will need to download them from flight sim web sites which is a cinch! However, be warned that the photorealistic scenery package covering about a thousand sq km will cost you anywhere between 1GB to 10GB of your hard disc!! There's one of the beautiful mountainous terrain of British Colombia that'll eat up about 40GB of your hard disc!! Select a glider and fly over the area looking for thermals near the slopes of the snow covered mountains that will help you soar higher and farther!

You better have a very fast internet connection or it may take you till doomsday to download the stuff!

But it's worth every GB of it!
