ITS your tradition to have large famalies in pakistani familys

I see it in UK your average pakistani family is much larger than indian familys

Populations start to decline when they come of agricultural economy and mover to SERVICE economy

I have noted this thing in GCC, Inidans generally have 1-2 kids whereas we Pakistanis want more.

Unfortunately lack of education and economics is a major cause of population in Pakistan. I have observed that people belonging to the lower middle class, those who do blue collar jobs view male off springs not as liabilities but assets. Educating the children, giving them a proper future is seldom on the mind, They get married in early 20's have 4-5 kids by early 30's. By mid 30's -mid 40's all the teenage boys are working as labor and bringing money to the mid 40's dad. Kids start working from early teens and once their teenage ends, this cycle is repeated.

Let's hope that some sanity prevails we stop serving Ummah by making it the biggest and the poorest in size.

Hope our population starts to decline from the current replacement levels.

400 million people in Pakistan, 730 million people in Nigeria, and 1.5 billion people in India? Sounds like severe overpopulation in these countries to me.

you know whats incredibly frustrating? at least 50% of Nigerians today dont believe Nigeria has >200M people. Nigeria cant do an accurate census but when WHO, UN, CIA, WB state that Nigeria has 200M+ people many Nigerians disagree..smh
