I am visiting Amsterdam, Brussels, Barcelona and Paris from July 11th to 18th and at least 3 of the mentioned cities are in top 10 list

I was expecting India and Pakistan to be on the list.
But it was great not to see Pakistan, and after all I have seen a lot of change in them.
There aren't any pick pockets anymore, or have decreased

Zack, you follow my idea. Keep a cheap wallet with a litlle cash. And the rest must be kept inside your coat or jacket as someone said. Believe me it helps, even if your friends ask you to buy them something, show them your empty wallet lol:

don't want to generalize anybody but yes lot of Eastern European and Black people involved in pickpocketing

Its a big offence. Police will arrest you before arresting the pickpockets. In fact they will take him to the hospital and provide medical care and put you behind bars until the matter is resolved

I have been robbed by Uighur skinheads before. Theres' fking millions of those thugs in Wuhan being either low income noodle salesmen or street gangsters.

There are no safe cities in China besides Shanghai and Hong Kong. Beijing is fking pathetic too, there's street thugs roaming every subway station at nights waiting for easy targets to go into a tunnel, and probably Shenzhen, Wuhan and Dongguan take the cake for being the home of vicious thugs.
