china should ban the adoption of children especially female, by foreigners ,when china lacks population growth and there's lack of females among themselves.It's not also safe giving away their young ones to westerners,and the kids will always struggle trying to fit within their crude society.Chinese gov should spend billions on orphanages to turn the unfortunate kids into productive part of society .

I agree. They'd happily spend billions on defense but have no problem throwing unwanted kids into dead-end orphanages with no future of being brought up in a loving Chinese family. These orphanages then have to seek overseas families.
