please read it! on page 2 it defined where is the boundary of Bhutan and China. It is Chinese territory.

India never claimed the land where the stand off is ,so what's the point in informing India ,India entered and stopped the Chinese because the dispute is between China and Bhutan ,Bhutan requested Indians help .more over Bhutan has requested China to stop the work through their embassy in Delhi by that what not replied to only then Bhutan requested India to stop the Chinese .
