Molvi Fazl is a very pragmatic and intelligent person, he is not an emotional fool like Imran Khan or Nawaz Sharif. FATA merger has killed his politics. But after 911 ,everyone insisted to end this FCR law and give rights to these people. FCR law was British draconian law imposed on FATA tribes and controlled by maulana and his clan.
