NEW DELHI: Recently released Indian spy Surjeet Singh said Friday that Sarabjit Singh is a terrorist and terrorists are neither released by India nor Pakistan, Geo News reported. Surjeet Singh who was released on Thursday from the Kot Lakhpat jail admitted to spying for RAW upon his arrival in India. Fiddae village in Ferozepur district burst into celebrations as Surjeet arrived home to be with his family and friends after 31 years in jail in Pakistan.

Sarabjit Singh blew bombs in 1990s' in Pakistan killing many Pakistanis whereas Mumbai attacks took place in 2008 if we go by tit for tat policy assumption then you can say Kasab action was a tit for tat not execution of Sarabjit.

He killed 14 people, he was convicted under the Court of Law under a trial. How is that a tit for tat policy? Don't get me wrong, i am happy that Kasab was hanged because he was an animal and not a human. Don't you think the same is the case with Sarbajit, after all he killed 14 innocent people.

Sir, if he was a genuine criminal then according to proper laws he should have been hanged long ago. If he has killed innocent citizens then there was no need to keep him alive for 20 long years. But he had a slightest chance to survive his death penalty but this Kasab execution is the last nail on his coffin.

Kasab's execution is not a tit/tat case of sarabjit,otherwise Kasab would have still enjoying his mutton kabab in St.Arthur. If sarabjit is proven guilty in your present judiciary system (after being given a fair chance to defend himself like Kasab got) hang him.No problem at all.

NO swap deal. The doctor was falsy implicated in a "Murder" case and wrong or right he served the punishment and was to be released. On the other hand Sarabjit Singh is an Indian terrorist and he is involved in killing of Pakistanis in bomb blasts in Lahore.

Two different cases. anyway Sarabjit Singh should rot in Jail, hanged or killed by someone to give justice to victim families.

That doesn't make any sense. Its much easier to hang a man than to keep him prisoner for 23 long years.
As to goodwill gesture from Pakistan towards India, we hardly saw to in many instances in the past 2-3 decades ex. Kargil war, support for insurgency in J&K, sheltering of India's most wanted especially Khalistani terrorists and accused in '93 Mumbai blasts etc.

If he is found guilty by Pakistan's Court then hang him. Hang him for his crimes, not because for tit for tat.

I think Pakistan should wait for few weeks for Kasab smoke to clear so that these issues of Tit for Tat doesn't come into play.

Hanging him now will raise many questions especially from families of victims of those attacks, why hang him now not for past 23 years ? Isn't it wrong that justice was delayed for so long and hanging him because India hanged Kasab.

To avoid such doubts, I think Pakistan should hang him after some time. You waited for 23 years, why not wait for few weeks.
