1 - President (Voted in with Popular Vote Across country)

> President Appoints his team in Punjab
> President Appoints his team in KPK
> President Appoints his team in Sindh
> President Appoints his Team in Balochistan

• Selects his team from specialists may be Politicians or Not
• Specialist selected specially by President , run Ministries and they report him

My idea is for single party system, as is in China. All of these so called political leaders, who fail to comply with the new system, shall be thrown into concentration camps.

Single party elections under the platform of Pakistan Muslim League would be great. Instead of 100s of parties killing each other off, we would see 100s of candidates standing up for local seats. The downside is the snakes in Pakistan politics will go mad, they rather see Pakistan go down than loose their power. This happened in the history of Pakistan.

It would make Pakistan a economy powerhouse, corruption will go down but Pakistani public and current leadership will go mad. I can imagine huge protests and even rebellion.

People want to elect own local leadership rather than installed leadership, want to make own decisions rather than them being made by Islamabad. This is why we have provisional assemblies so people can have representatives in their own areas.

Presidential System will Free Honorable and Respectful Imran Khan , to impose a fully operational work force in all Provinces.

The Parliamentarian system functions better when 99.9% are from same Ethnic / Linguistic background
example England mostly all whites and English speaking. 0.01% Minority groups.

The Presidential System on other hand , can integrate demographics better if demographics and Language differences exist in population, with focus on National Language at Government Level

USA has Presidential system and it works

• They have large English Speaking group
• They have large Spanish Speaking group
• They also have large German Ethnic group
• They have large Afro Group
• They have Farm Land Demographic
• They have Urban /City (Mix of different ethnic groups)

The System , brings forth Laws and Resolutions to serve all the group Universal Laws , Taxes and Decrees

In case of USA only the guy with most popularity in all group gets to be a Leader



Pakistan's Model where a person or Party which won 150- 170 seat has to negotiate with 10 seat holder or 2 seat holder is a flawed concept

The Chinese Model is one Level better then Presidential System that it chooses the Leader of their Nation by group of high intellects , with vast experience in matters of Social Service or running town or Business. The group makes 25 year policy for country and chooses best person to Lead country. They have harsh penalties of Death against any form of corruption

We never had.... Otherwise it would have been the public who elects the PRESIDENT directly, not the National & Provincial Parliaments....

the parlimanry system is the one uniting us because everyone getting shear in power . we must say thank god this general was not promoted to COAS otherwise he must try his luck like mushrraf and zia .

The smaller ethnicities will not accept more power for the Elite of other provinces. IK may become President but later on Bilawal could be the president. People say the President is more powerful than the judges and he can remove them but Donald Trump was President of Usa, He challenged the judges and ended up loosing, they mentioned Usa is 3 tier power system. President, Judiciary and army. Unless Pakistan PM will have Khilafah style powers but that will be a disaster if Bilawal or Zardari becomes President. Mian Nawaz Sharif tried to become Ameer of Pakistan in the early 1990s but it was not accepted to give powers to one person so much.

Current system has been compromised though. People directly electing President, people directly electing local MNAs, CMs and Mayors is the way forward.

Sounds good but I see many issues arising. The team the president will select will not be acceptable to the locals. People electing local CM, local mayor must also happen.

PRESIDENT should be elected directly from public votes from all 7 constituent units having EQUAL ELECTORAL COLLEGE...

1. KPK
2. Sindh
3. Punjab North
4. Punjab Central
5. Punjab South
6. Balochistan
7. ISB GB & AJK

Hence, if any candidate fails to secure 50% then there will be the 2nd round between the TOP 2 candidates...

National Assembly can be elected only on party basis based on each province / constituent unit.....

For Example if a party secures 30% votes in KPK, then the party will be allotted 30% seats in the KPK Provincial Assembly and 30% seats in KPK Quota in the National Assembly... Parties will made bound to announce their candidates before elections...

* Must be 16 Year Qualified
* No Criminal Record
* No Conviction from any Court of Law
* No Bank Default

Other than that, instead of having MNA MPA from different areas (constituencies) .... We need strong Local Body System with direct disbursement of the Development Funds by the Federal Government / Provincial Governments with the establishment of centralized Local Bodies Authority (LBA)... Which can be an independent centralized authority (like NADRA PEMRA, etc etc) to deal with all the matters of countrywide Local Governments (baldiyaat) including the disbursement of funds, monitoring mayor's performances, listening the complaints regarding Local Governments, etc etc....

Pakistan needs a singular direction for 25 years. All this election every 5 years is a recipe for disaster.

Pakistan needs a cleansing of the corrupt mafia as well as slave minded egoistic folk in the establishment.
Without fixing that, no system is going to work.
You don't want a Zordari or Showbaz for 25 years.
