Chinese here said that CN money is helping Russia economy survive now, so the money VN got from Russia must come from the money that CN sent to Russia.

They are bully most of the time in real world. So need to cut a few slack on them sometimes.

You see Indonesia sink vietnamese fishing boat but never Chinese one. Chinese CMS ram vietnamese boat and never Japanese one. Vietnam looks like the punching bag in Asia. If I am vietnamese, I will feel mentally unstable too and need to come forum to feel good.

well, vnd is almost stable since 4-5 years. you can compare ours with others that crashed recently. I dislike the many 0s, hope the goverment cuts off 3.

not a problem. back to the topic, I understand the motive of the russian government. she wants to pay in ruble instead of dollar. I think that may be a problem for us if we get ruble that is less and less worth.

Russia has offered Indonesia the opportunity to carry out trade settlements in national currencies, Industry and Trade Minister Denis Manturov said just a couple of days after Prime Minister Dmitry Medvedev made the same offer to Vietnam.

"We hope the proposal will be actively supported by you. We already have experience with that kind of thing with India, and China. We are discussing this topic with Vietnam and Thailand,” Manturov told his Indonesian partners during the 10th session of the Russian-Indonesian Intergovernmental Commission on Trade, Economic and Technical cooperation. He added that this would strengthen both countries’ local currencies and give an opportunity to work without dollars and euro.

Yea it is purely a business move. And the Russia-Vietnam relationship is now just a pure business partnership. No more Socialist brotherhood of the past. But some Viet members still can't let go of the past.

I'll add that Russia is a very clever businessman. He knows that China and Viet Nam are rivals so take advantage of this rivalry to make the most money from both countries. For example... sell advanced weapons to one party, then sell more advanced weapons to the rival party, then return back to the first party and offer even more weapons...

Some smart Chinese members have already realised that Russia is not a true friend of China but is only an ally of convenience. Most Vietnamese members still cannot come to this same conclusion about their Viet-Russia partnership.
