1. BD is waiting for a strong, patriotic leader who will come out open to formalize a treaty of friendship and defense. Such a treaty should include, among other points:
a. BAF to be allowed to operate bases within PRC.
b. PLAN and PLAAF should be allowed to establish bases - including those for nuclear subs.
c. BD must come under the Chinese nuclear umbrella with option to place nukes in BD.
d. BD and China are to cooperate in international diplomacy.
e. In case of war in this region, BD and PRC are to coordinate strategy to achieve common goals.
f. Armed forces of both nations must train in all seasons and terrains.
g. Both must cooperate in Intel activity.
h. PRC is to allot top priority to BD in sales of mily hardware.
i. PRC is to R&D for special eqpt required for the soft, wet, monsoonal terrain/climate of BD.
2. Such a treaty will ensure non-interference and ill treatment by India. We need to be aggressive. India is weak from the inside. We need to tell her by our actions that she is disillusioned into imagining we are frightened of her. We are not.
