when American troops are stationed some where around the world, such as, Japan, Germany, or Italy; their new born child is become a citizen of that country automatically. it's also applied to new born child to illegal parents in Canada and U.S. so WHAT LEGAL STATUS INDIA GOVERNMENT GIVES TO NEW BORN CHILDREN, ESPECIALLY THEIR PARENTS FROM TIBET CHINA??? OR HAVE A CONSTITUTION AT ALL TO COVER THAT?

Their nationality is that of what their parents are whether they are born in India or not. Simple as that. Our laws are similar to the laws of Southeast; either one or both parents must be of Indian origin. One cannot become Indian by living in India. It is way too complicated than US or UK or other western country where the privilege is extended because of a shortage.

India has been encourage people from Tibet China to come over and made India as a heaven ground for them to arm themselves to fight against China; but what kind of right do they get from India? NON-LEGAL RESIDENTS? so as non legal residents, the local government can rob what ever they possess, including real properties, businesses, and bank accounts.

It is not Non-legal residents, genius; it is Non-registered residents. All exiled nationalities living in India without a passport of another country are given that; including countries around the world.

THE FACT IS...YOU GUYS LOVE TO HAVE TIBET OF CHINA, BUT NOT TIBETANS; JUST USING THEM AS A TOOL TO DESTABILIZE CHINA.

A country consists of a collection of individuals. They do not have to share race othes language. When you live in exile in an othes country for more than 2 generations maybe it's time to apply for citizenship of that country and go one with your life.
There is no need to waste the live of whole generations just because you can't let go the past.
