Thunder The Ultimate Carrier Killer

There is no need for Pakistan to be a part of 'any' camp. WE should strive for constructive relations with every great power out there (strategic balance). The Cold War era foreign policy of picking sides is no longer sustainable, and will eventually lead to ruin.
No country is a savior or messiah. Do not be any side's pawn.
Foreign policy is the decisive expression of a government's core values. If you are striving for "strategic balance" rather than neutrality or choosing sides then your own expressed values must necessarily shift as the world changes.

A simultaneously top and bottom with variations of speech with almost certainly go through
FTM-25 live-fire experiment came to mind...

A single Arleigh Burke class destroyer took care of that strike package - a simultaneously top and bottom with variations of speech.

Of greater concern is the fact that entire USN is optimized for Cooperative Engagement Capability (CEC) by now.

USN is far ahead of other navies in all aspects of warfare.

WE can do something about India, but US? WE need to uplift our diplomatic and/or economic game and not try to find hard solutions for every type of 'perceived' problem - too expensive and ambitious.

Nothing is 100%..

Us senate was briefed recently that suicidal mig 19 s from North Korea may breach US navy defense...

US navy also told senate that they are increasingly out ranged and out gunned by Chinese anti ship missiles....

Donot just keep listening to one sided propoganda videos...

A top and bottom simultaneous attack would be darn hard but not impossible to stop...

A dedicated enemy will always find a way that's why u cannot rely on defence alone

Thats why shooting has not and will not start with Iran...

The website has restricted myself to post my YouTube videos.
I made a specific topic over time with great research and analysis.
Title "How to sink an aircraft carrier" specifically designed for Indians only carrier if ever engaged with Pakistan.

1. This logic is true for all, and Pakistani constraints are much deeper than that of US.

2. Agenda of these briefings is to make sure that flow of funds to advance defense-related programs, will continue.

Put yourself in the shoes of an American naval officer and you are assigned the responsibility of securing release of large sums of money to facilitate USN' modernization drive. What would be your line-of-argument in the Senate?

"Look, we can bomb DPRK to dust but we still need funds. Here is my pocket..."

Does not work like that.

A sound approach is to hype defense-related capabilities of potential adversaries by tenfold, to draw attention of senators.

3. I am aware of this line-of-argument about China but it is 100% PsyOps.

FYI: https://defence.pk/pdf/threads/new-...mbling-to-counter-china.615656/#post-11407659

4. Those are not propaganda videos but 'simulations' of actual advances in defense-related matters of US.

Cooperative Engagement Capability (CEC) is real: https://www.defenseindustrydaily.com/cec-coooperative-enagagement-for-fleet-defense-updated-03120/

US have adopted very complex and realistic testing regime for its defense-related experiments over the course of years.

MDA = Defensive applications

RED FLAG = Combat tactics and/or doctrines in the face of challenging adversaries

BLUE FLAG = Operational realities

To name a few.

5. Not necessarily, but yes, offensive strategies are really important because you cannot defeat the enemy otherwise.

Do you really think that USN will simply wait for a potential adversary to make its moves and subject its vessels to firepower unhindered? Not a sound assumption, right?

6. Starting a war with a regional power, is a major political decision with far-reaching implications including global pressures.

Even though Iran is an active participant in the dirty politics of the Middle East and its controversial track record of raising militias in other countries is an open-secret, White House is unable to find many allies in its moves against Iran at present.

But Iran is no longer safe...

Without going into details....

In truth, no one should be surprised. A hyper-interventionist, highly militarized foreign policy has defined Washington since at least the days of President Harry Truman — the first in a long line of hawks to take the White House. In this context, an ever-expanding national security state has always put special effort into meeting the imagined needs (or rather desires) of its various component parts. The result: bloated budgets for which exaggerated threats, if not actual war, remain a necessity.

Without the threat of communism in the previous century and terrorism (as well as once again ascendant great powers) in this one, such bloated budgets would be hard to explain. And then, how would the Army, Navy, Air Force, and Marines get all the weaponized toys they desired? How would Congressional representatives in a post-industrial economy get all those attractive “defense” jobs for their districts and how would the weapons makers get the government cash they crave?

Reality is murky in the case of 'perceived threats - funding demands' dynamic.

US spend so much on its defense-related matters, and USN is so advanced that even PLAAN is like 3 decades behind it.

“The Chinese navy is at least three decades behind the United States,” a retired Chinese naval officer told Reuters, requesting anonymity. “It is too early for the United States to fret.”

Did u even read your own link

Here is how it starts

The Chinese navy, which is growing faster than any other major fleet, now controls the seas off its coast. Once dominant, the United States and its allies sail warily in these waters. A former U.S. naval officer says China's advances have caught America napping

How above forwards your argument that serving officers lied in congress to get more funding?????

Of-course, I have read the article. Chinese Navy is a force to be reckoned with in its current form, and China have also stationed ASBMs in noteworthy numbers near the Pacific. China can also commit its Air Force to patrol its coasts on top. And Chinese strike platforms can take cues from Chinese spy satellites to approach designated targets. Therefore, it is wise to maintain some distance from mainland China due to its multi-layered strike options. Chinese defenses are formidable in theory but Americans are miles ahead in these matters in reality; this is a very lengthy topic to delve into so just consider following remark:

Serving officers do not lie in the Senate per se but they are much likely to 'exaggerate potential threats' in order to secure release of additional funds from the Senate, and this is norm as per the testimonial of an American military veteran (refer back to the first link in my previous post).

You are being very selective in picking points and ignoring greater realities which is not wise. USN is very well-equipped to defeat any other naval force in existence*, and bomb a country to stone age, should the need arise. Theoretical maximum range of any weapon is meaningless to boast about because it will not be effective 'outside the constraints' of its KILL CHAIN. Disrupt this KILL CHAIN and affiliated weaponry becomes useless, let alone being employed.

*Simulation below:

- very telling; cutting-edge smart munitions and how they are employed.

exaggerate is a better word than lie. in any case how does US military officer know anything about a Pakistani missile ? It is not like he or she is in possession of one.

Let's see how they fare against Iran...

My guess is they will tuck their tails but let's see
