1. Yes you need to be taught democracy by Islamic Republic of Pakistan at least when there is a rule of Hindu extremists in India who are violating Constitution and allowing killing people over eating beef.

2. Yes Indian constitution that had included an article for banning slaughter of animals including cows on basis of economic reasons but soon after Hindu religious extremists made tempered it on religious lines.

So basically there is need to re-write/change Indian constitution to cleans it from religious discrimination against minorities in India

Buffalow meat is also called a beef in India...and no one ever supported Cow slaughtering...at least not me or people I know!...the issue cropped up when the ban was extended to include Bulls and Bullocks..! Farmer who used to get good 10k+ for aged bull has to abandon it ..prices of live stock for farmers have came down from 40k to some 10k for young bull!! There are instances where farmers had grown up their cattle as an investment for the marriage of their daughters...after the ban specially in Vidharbas farmers have more reasons to commit suicide!
