Three militants killed in two encounters in Kashmir, civilian dies in cross-fire

Good news. Army should've done this long time ago. These stone pelters deserved to be killed. Any one who's supporting terrorists should be considered as a terrorist. Army should Shoot some more stone pelters n they'll fear to pick up the stones again.
I too feel good news when Indian soldier in Kashmir got killed... All of them deserve to be dead..

bullets for terrorist supporters...
bullets to the head of Soldier who illegally occupied Kashmir..

Nope. The Instrument of Accession is final. If some Kashmiris don't feel free, they can move to Pak or BD as was the custom.

Only Indian citizens can claim land ownership in India.
Then what is Article 370 and AFSPA act? And why more than 800000 soldiers doing their? Please explain..

Doesn't same apply for balochistan?
Why you are mentioning balochistan? In that case we then we too need to mention Khalistan + Naxal land, North East Land.. Your AFSPA act to forcefully occupy others land.. TADA, POTA, MCOCA and many more..
So no use of mentioning that.. Kashmir is a disputed territory between India and Pakistan and better to concentrate on that part only..

Then what is Article 370 and AFSPA act?

Kashmir still has Article 370 because the constituent assembly was abolished before Article was abolished. That's all. There's nothing special to it.

370 was created by Maharaj Hari Singh as a condition for the IoA. 370 is proof that the entire state of J&K belongs to India.

As for AFSPA, wherever international terrorists are operating we have AFSPA. Even Punjab and Chandigarh have had AFPSA.

Tell your country to withdraw terrorism, just look at how quickly peace will come back to the valley, just like it was in 1988. J&K was one of the most peaceful states in India before Pak started terrorism. AFSPA in Kashmir was enacted in 1990.

And why more than 800000 soldiers doing their? Please explain..

BS. We have a 1.1 million army, why will we put 800000 in Kashmir alone? Look up where all the corps HQs are located.

Article 370 was a bluff made by Nehru with Seikh Abdullah in order to access Jammu and Kashmir... This is all delay politics of Nehru..

I don't think any country will need this much of force to fight 150 millitant...and AFSPA for 25 years unless whole people of that region revolt against that rule..

There can never be peace in Kashmir without meaningful peace process between stakeholders I.e India,Pakistan and kashmir
