Since when does voter turn out indicate acceptance of the Indian union?

The Kashmiris are simply voting for governance and nothing more. :lol:

They are showing two fingers to the "separatists" who once again have called for a boycott of the polls. By voting in the elections they are participating in elections that are regulated by the Indian government (Election Commission) and thus stating they have confidence in the Indian state's verdict. This is a clear acceptance of the Indian Union. If they weren't willing to recognise the authority of the Indian state to carry out elections in Kashmir then they would listen to the separatists and not take part in these elections.
