The Maoists are getting very good at targeting indian security forces.

Actually they are getting weaker. They have carried out much more severe attacks in the past, like the dantewada massacre. Now their leaders are being eliminated one by one by the COBRAs, and they are being reduced to a spent force. They can no longer mount attacks on such a large scale as before, when they ambushed and killed 76 CRPF policemen. The CRPF is much better trained now, and the maoists are being marginalised and eliminated. Soon these small time attacks will also stop.
