Please do tell where in the western world military run businesses or they interfere in politics or there generals get extensions or their generals meet ambassadors of other countries.

Generals can't leave country after retirement.
There kids can't study outside

Like who? People criticize the government and the decision of the government as the armed forces are run by the civilian governments. Other than that, you cannot criticize armed forces in person. It is laws in place to prevent from demoralizing the moral support of armed forces regardless of whether it is political justifiable or not.
