How about abusing Buddhism and Hinduism? Is that a capital crime as well?
Yes, I did say Ganesha and Buddha didn't I?

But does that mean that many of the members here on this forum are committing capital crimes?
I see religious abuse on this forum all the time. Either Indians making fun of Islam or Pakistanis making fun of Hinduism. It is strange to think they are punishable by death but so commonly practiced without even being banned?
Didn't I tell you ? Once 2014 approaches, these articles will come out more.
That one British time law, real problem arised with the misuse of 295C which Ziaul Haq added.
Is it a capital crime (punishable by death) to insult a religion other than Islam?
That still doesn't change the fact that majority of people convicted have been Muslims and not a single non Muslim has been executed.
You are grasping at bigoted straws.
Forget death sentence or even conviction of any kind, Have you ever heard of a Muslim being booked under this law?

I haven't seen any specific cases.
Me neither, so you get the answer to your original question I guess.

South Asia is well-known for having a very free (and sometimes messy) media.
So if there are cases then it should be easy to find them online.
There's some disconnect here. For example pakistanis (as per their constitution) say Ahmadis are a separate religion - so protection of their religious feelings should be covered right?
But there was this program on TV where the presenters (aalim online) made horrible abusive fun of the Ahmadi founder and also said ahmadis were wajib-ul-qatl -i.e. ok to kill. Two ahmadi doctors were shot dead after the program. If you think the presenter was arrested for blasphemy, or hurting the religious sentiments of ahmedis or even hate speech, think again.

As @Rusty has already cleared about blasphemy law. One more thing I want to add is that till today no Christian or Hindu has been death sentenced because of this law.
I am telling you this because these Bharartis and their type won't tell you guys about it.
