Nobody could even image the collapse of the British empire before the 2nd. world war. Similarly, nobody could imagine the collapse of the USSR before its misadventure in Afghanistan. We have to gradually influence and control the resources that feeds their oversized army. Cotton, sugarcane, rice ? That's pretty much it ?
