These demonstrations have been mostly organized, supported and participated by the Shia Sect Muslims, and we can see the linkage between who is more anti-Israel and supporting Syria on the international stage, may give you an idea of what's happening behind the scenes.

Not Iran specifically, Shia Muslims no matter where they are, stay united on matters like these.

This is something which i love about Shias, they have unity among them and stand to death with each other and support each other no matter what.

Seriously - what the hell are they teaching the kids - mindless hate. And giving them guns to stand on American flag. That would create an impression that taking to the gun is an 'honourable' way of protest!

Just read the comment above - you are totally right. If they have to protest, they should use white roses or something like that. Not just is it more effective, it also teaches the right values to the kids.

and now you are putting a secretarian angle to this......at the current state of affairs

1)Pakistani's (whatever sect they may be) must be protesting against the terrorists and secretarian killings rather than this...
2)the gun culture has already cost a lot of lives there......and giving a gun to kids for protesting ....what are you teaching them? if this is inbread to these kids at this age itself...wont it be easy for the terrorists to to brainwash them and pull them into terrorism.....

every kid is innocent and atkin to God at birth....it is the parents that are responsible for the way the kid grows up into(and this by large is responsible for what happens to the country) and such irresponsibility of the Parents on a large scale is what baffels me.....is this the future you dream for your country

yes, they are very very different. If you care about majority sunnis being unjustly ruled by the minority in Syria, then you should also have sympathy with the Majority Shia Bahranins who are unjustly ruled by minority Sunnis, but I am 100% sure that you neither care about shia nor sunni, you might have something else in heart. I know that Israel is you guys FRIEND, but DO NOT forget that the palestinians have been subject to severe cruelty for not months and years, but generations. If the situation of Israeils and Palestinians were the other way around, I am sure you wouldnt sit quiet and make excuses as you do now in favour of Israel.

What we see in Syria is the struggle between regional powers such as Iran on one side and Turkey/S.Arbia on the the side. Internationally it is the US and on the other hand China and Russia.

Dont feel sorry, every country have these kind of mindless people who hinder the progress....To give u an example, in india there was a time when politicians were afraid of incorporating Computerised system because they feared they will loose their vote bank (majdoor)....Sadly, Vote bank politics is still there in my country...These people are no different with mindless jerks in indian politics....

I absolutely support the Bahrainis. i have seen how bahraini shias are not allowed govt jobs and sunnis from other countries are preferred. also how more arb sunnis are bring brought in and given citizenship . and yes i support Israel too ....I would rather prefer a peacefull solution the the palestine israel conflict like a massive resttlement plan. annihilation of Israel and jews is not the solution and thats just hate mongering. Saudi Have not only the money but also the land for resettling all the palestines...but hey its easy to protest and make sound rather than thinking up a solution
