These guys can erect the power plants, refineries, factories anywhere. They are not rag tag but skilled people. The only advantage enjoyed by the management of recruiting companies is that they have a huge supply of manpower due to which they can easily blackmail the existing manpower and deprive them from their rights.

Imran Khan, Narendra Modi are not paying heed to this matter where thousands of people sending them dollars are being held for the sake of saving few bucks by not purchasing costly tickets.

One beautiful thing can been seen in this crises that people from both Punjabs, South India, North India, Sindh, KPK etc are chanting slogans together, eating food together and sharing spaces...

One needs to revisit statement before posting that Pakistani company is hiring management and workers from India, please get updates from Indian aviation when they will allow citizens to step on their homeland, rest assured let's wait for opening flights there will be no delay.
There is no discrimination between Indian and Pakistani, as we are Indians are celebrating Muslim events and Pakistanis are celebrating holi and diwali together with colleagues.

One of the worker shared this video with me regarding this matter. Unluckily we have no voice from the management and only one sided opinion is being delivered. This guy named Bilal have already promised the workers for the salary and bonuses but things are still not good according to the local sources.

I hope that the company and worker will sort out the issue with talks. Meanwhile there are other brands in Pakistan that are firing the staff in this crises. Gul Ahmad and Al Karam are one of them. Many companies are not paying the workers in Gulf.

The same guy has now promised again to give half salary of one month to the workers according to the latest news from the Wakra, Qatar. Still, there are no signs about the flights back to the homelands.

Workers are still worried about their flights because allegedly the company is arranging flights for the senior officers and management while ignoring the workers. Scarce of workers included in the flights are either the close aides of management or something like that.
