You guys might be surprised. A lot of older people hate the complexity of modern phones. They just want to make a phone call.
I don't use 95% of the apps on my phone. If so, why have them?
The "Jitterbug" phone beat these guys by years:
Big buttons. Old people's hands often shake.
But I think at a minimum, you need an address book with contact info and speed dial.
