Closing or shutting anything is not just a solution,damn it.
I strongly believe that cleaning madrassah with half learned/illiterate mullah is the best solution as well as imposition of issuing proper license to dignified muftis and ulemas to run them.The license must be issued by local nazim of area or via office of elected minister.Installation of computers and introduction of maths and science,building proper syllabus about Quranic surahs and appropriate interpretations of verse is better.
We can literally use madrassah for promotion of girls education as well.If some mindsets don't want to take their girls for schools,with fear that girls will be ''ruined'', then why don't we bring schools to these madrassah?common sense!

This is the Muslim way of life, it is better if we don't judge or respond.

Core of religion should remain same, but it practices should adopt to changing environment to best serve the core idealogy. Else either people will move away from it or they will become radicals.

Nah,they are building up hype that Pakistan is yielding terrorists either unintentionally or intentionally.Op buildup the case by introducing some random videos from you tube.Well,we are already encountering such issue via Operation Zarb e azb and making every effort to annihilate them,but our struggle and success is not shown.What is shown instead is repetition of same old issue with no proposal and proper direction-just a rant,lol.
Close all mosques or religious institution of Pakistan rather then transforming them into complete teaching institution and punishing these few masterminds-
