Why do you automatically assume that other Pakistanis like less dense population or greenery? Islamabad is the only place in Pakistan where I have outrageous amounts of pollen allergies. The city was literally built for bureaucrats and diplomats, so what's the big shock in having 'better' education? It's not like the students there are any smarter, just more westernized.
Personally, when I went to Islamabad I felt like the city had no soul. It was just a very pretty city with an empty shell. Just my opinion.
Well if you like more dense population then that's pretty odd, because with a more dense population comes more diseases and less personal space. As someone who get's hay fever yeah Islamabad gives me that too, but nothing some medicine can't fix. Besides, you will adapt.
As for better education, whether or not it's shocking is irrelevant. I'm just saying it's the truth.
