The Killers are NATO-GCC thugs, who are shooting civilians and Syrian army. The civilians who get shot by these snipers, who were trained by NATO in Turkey, perceive that they are being murdered by Syrian army. These butchers are especially targeting Sunni Muslim areas and sparing the Alawite areas so it would appear that the Bashar's clan of Alawite is being spared by Alawite army.
Although, in normal circumstances, it would be definitely better for Bashar to go and a representative govt. of Syrian people be brought into power. But, if we see even at recent past - Iraq, Afghanistan, Libya - it is clear as a day that these people are far better under a dictatorship than a 'Carpet-Bombed' Democracy.
