I have been to Chicago plenty of times, and i would compare Guangzhou to Chicago in urban planning style. Both cities are also expansive....!
I think this photo is GuiLin city of GuangXi province, the Li River / 漓江

The Pearl River, i had been in Sun Yat-Sen University for 3x months further education in HaiZhu region of GuangZhou city, at the front of north door it's the Pearl River.

Thanks for showing the real beauty of Guangzhou ....

A city of this magnitude defintely needs a very good waste management system place nor it would look like a mess....

Is there any photographs of any waste management systems that they use in Guangzhou???

It is a complicated system to keep the city clean, goverment buy private company service, so dozens of thousands working on the streets in every cities, so is in Guangzhou.

the rubbish is collected and transported to rubbish factories in the suburban. so, generally, you will only see a neat city, however, there are lots to be reformed and to be improved, it is long story.

they are the most beautiful people in the cities.

For those who love the feel and touch of nature, who admire the intercommensurability of urban feats and natural wonder of the world, then Guangzhou is the place to go, place to do business and place to live! Just outside Greater Guangzhou Region is the Nanling National Park:
