AFAIK Modi announced at 8 pm that there will a lockdown starting from 12 am. If je jad given people a little more time things would have been less chaotic.

Agreed, but that's a double edged sword. If easy access to public transport was allowed, all people would have gone home in crowded trains and buses, easily spreading the virus far and wide. Not that it is not spreading now, but the lockdown has forced a lot of people to just stay where they are by making it extremely difficult for them. But yes, sadly a lot of really desperate people are hitting the highways to walk several hundred km home, which is makign the lockdown less effective.

We have managed to build excellent relations with GCC, Israel and Iran at the same time, while keeping a great balance between Russia and US.
