The P-15A already has an AEGIS-equivalent in the EL/M-2248 MFSTAR AESA radar, RAN-40L, and the Barak-8ER with similar range to the US RIM-67/SM-2ER that forms part of the USN Aegis system. And besides, the MFSTAR AESA is superior to the AN/SPY-1 radar used on Aegis warships -

The P-15A will readily come with this Aegis-equivalent. The Chinese Aegis is yet to emerge and is still in development, while the one for IN has been implemented already. You can expect us to improve on this system before type-052d comes.
About BrahMos and VLS...hmmm
Brahmos doesn't just have VLS but Universal VLS. It has specifically been designed to launch any type of ASCM in Indian Navy inventory.
About the P-15A...it's going to be commissioned in March 2013. Total 3 + 4 to be built.
