The following is an excerpt from the Forum Terms & Rules

All users are expected to abide by our rules irrespective of their seniority/nationality/etc. Unable to follow the rules not only can give you temporary bans but also permanent ones.

The purpose of the forum is to provide a platform for the exchange of ideas. Occasionally, there will be conflicts that arise when people voice opinions. Be courteous when disagreeing with others. It is possible to disagree without being insulting.
RANTING IS PROHIBITED
A rant is a post which is long-winded, redundant and filled with angry, non-constructive comments. A free exchange of ideas is essential to building a strong sense of community and is helpful, but rants are disruptive and incite flaming and trolling. Please post your thoughts in a concise, clear manner and avoid going off on rambling tangents.
PERSONAL ATTACKS ARE PROHIBITED
Commonly known as flaming, personal attacks are posts which are designed to personally berate or insult another. Text of this nature is not beneficial to the community spirit and will not be tolerated.
RACISM AND OTHER “…isms”.
No racist posts are allowed or other posts that are designed to put people down based on their nationality/sex/color/creed/etc."
Why do certain members with the title of "Think Tank" get away with insulting other members, personally attacking others, posting racist remarks against a specific race/nationality/ethnicity, and posting comments in support of terrorist attacks against the civilians of another country??
What exactly is the point of making rules when they aren't enforced??
Certain individuals who behave this way, like @Hyperion have been given the title of "Think Tank" thereby granting him the ability to give negative and positive ratings to others, abuse their authority and openly break forum rules that should normally get him banned in accordance to forum policy, though that has not happened because forum policy is a joke.
But on what basis was @Hyperion given the title of "Think Tank" when most of his posts are full of rants, personal attacks, sarcasm, insults, and racism.
How is this fair when @Hyperion himself is an irresponsible individual who abuses this privilege and breaks the forum rules; actions which should get him banned (that is, if the forum policy/rules were being enforced, which they're not).
Anyhow, here is proof of how this clown deliberately breaks forum rules on numerous occasions and gets away with it:
"Think Tank" @Hyperion 's Racism Against Arabs:
Here @Hyperion personally attacks a user and makes a racist remark against Arabs, calling them "sand monkey's"
Here @Hyperion makes a racist joke about Egyptians, mocking their intelligence:
"Think Tank" @Hyperion Celebrating/Advocating Terrorist Attacks on civilians because they're Arabs:
Here @Hyperion celebrates a terrorist attack on a Saudi Masjid which resulted in the deaths of innocent civilians, and again keep in mind this guy has been given the authority to give negative and positive ratings to others. This post was later deleted by a moderator and no action was taken to punish this terrorist sympathizer for celebrating the cold blooded murder of civilians. This truly reflects on the forum administrators and moderators who promote clowns like this:

Again, as i said before, this reflects upon those who promoted this individual to a "Think Tank". Really, this makes a joke out of all of the respectful think tanks who deserve their titles as it makes a mockery of their title. If a clown like @Hyperion can become a "Think Tank", then that really means there is nothing special about being a think tank, except you get the undeserved privilege of giving out negative and positive ratings, which again is a abused privilege in the hands of individuals like @Hyperion.
Here is another shameful, disgusting, sexually explicit comment by the so called "Think Tank" @Hyperion . Once again, a reflection upon the Mods and Admins who leave clowns like this to do as they wish.
A completely pointless post by our very own @Hyperion , with nothing to contribute but sarcasm and immature behavior. Wow, this guy is a "Think Tank".
Insulting other members/Personal attacks by "Think Tank" @Hyperion :
Here, our very own "Think Tank" @Hyperion calling another member an idiot. Again, keep in mind this person has the privilege to give negative and positive ratings to others. This is very shameful.
If any other member were to have broken this many rules he/she would have been banned. But here we have a so called "Think Tank" who makes racist remarks against another group of people, posts disturbing sexual comments, makes degrading remarks about women (goes to show how he sees women), insults and personally attacks other members, and goes on long trolling rants and sarcastic posts and he is allowed to get away with it. Not only that, but he is allowed to remain a "Think Tank".
Now, if the Administrators and Moderators of this forum claim to implement the Forum Terms & Rules Then they will BAN this user @Hyperion and DEMOTE him from "Think Tank" position.
BUT, if the Moderators still won't take the above action against this individual despite all of the forum rules he's broken then they are supportive in his racism, personal attacks, off topic rants, trolling, sexually explicit comments, and advocating of terrorism.
