Mate, all the dark people in this picture belong to to the marginal castes in Pakistan. According to the people on PDF, all Pakistanis look like Europeans and the darker looking ones are by default not given citizenship to keep in line with Pakistan's image of European people. The darker looking people in the picture have more chances of belonging to Afghanistan than Pakistan.

The blatant racism in PDF is disgusting. The mods are actually cool with all these things.
