I concur with @Informant at Arabs being totally lazy at Government ministries, police departments, immigration offices even here in Qatar. I would quote a personal example of a family member at some ministry. His job application is stuck at HR for last two three weeks. The section he applied in was in mid march. Section head approved application with seal of "No objection" in early April. Now application is stuck at HR for last two or three weeks pending "SIGNATURE" of some hot shot there which he will do once he "SEES" the application.

Can't see the photo. I read that he broke up with his old girlfriend. Don't recall her name.

He is injured right now but doing the recuperation work in Barcelona. He might be ready for the last league game against Atlético Madrid but I think Atlético will win the league before that game so might have no importance so he would be able to skip that game.

I do expect him to get much better next season. He just needed to acclimatize to a new country, league and style of football.
