Though still recovering from recession in 2015, Macau is on its way to becoming one of the 10 richest cities by 2025. The city witnessed a fall of 17 per cent in its economy as a result of an anti-corruption drive against its casinos. Experts argue that the city should diversify and find other sources of income for its economy to recover.
