All South Asian Mega cities are worst,unplanned construction has created mess in every walk of life. Islamabad was better but now Pindi is digesting it & Govt morons are sitting to watch show.

I had no idea what Pindi is. My Pakistani colleague told me that Pindi is a place in Islamabad. When I asked her what's wrong with that place(referring to your comment), she replied "Pakistan me har jagah hi problem hai".
I agree that metropolitan cities in south-Asia are messed up. Add to it the fact that they 're over populated.

once there was an old man embarrassed about his unemployed son , he announced if he earned Rs 100 in a day only then he would get food at home.

unemployed son's mother gave money to her son and said , come in the evening and give it to your father. Son came home and gave the money to his dad , dad said do one thing throw it in the dustbin , and the son threw it , old man understood its not earned with hard work.

Next day when his wife was away man sent his son away again saying that he can get back only when he earns , this time the son had no option but to work somewhere and earn money , when he returned home his old father as usual asked him to throw it in a dustbin , son refused to do so as he felt it was hard earned thing.

If there was extreme intolerance in India he would not be where he is now. Also he should have thought about tolerance when he tried to beat up that security guy at Wankhede for simply trying to do his job. SRK has always come across as a "holier than thou" hypocrite to me. First I noticed it during the IPL controversy involving Pakistani players. When the Pakistani players were not picked he made a big deal of it in the media and then someone asked him-- you are an owner, why didn't you pick them?-- his answer was that his team had different requirements.

he himself knows very well that he is a bloody hypocrite , its just that whenever he meets his best friend burkha dutt he gets a bit carried away.

Reacting to the recent debate over prohibiting Pakistani artists from working in our country, Bollywood star Salman Khan has said that art and entertainment have no boundaries, adding that they shouldn’t be mixed with politics.


“Now that everything is digital, Indians love to watch each and every entertainment show, including popular Pakistani shows . So, art and entertainment have no boundaries. Entertainment is evaluated by what common people want to watch,” Salman said.

Last month, popular Pakistani singer Ghulam Ali was forced to cancel his concert here due to political interference. “How can we allow Pakistani artists to perform here when our soldiers are being killed by them? We are not interested in cultural ties with such enemies,” said Akshay Bardapurkar, the general secretary of the party’s film wing Chitrapat Sena.

Pakistani actors Fawad Khan and Mahira Khan -- who have Bollywood projects in their kitty -- were also targeted by the Shiv Sena.

“Politics and art should not be mixed. This is not what common people want,” Salman Khan said, adding, “If someone wants a Pakistani actor who can portray a role better, nobody can put a constraint. Bollywood has a huge number of fans in Pakistan and earns a good share of income from the neighbouring country.”

indeed, we cudn't stop few jihadis coming to Mumbai and massacring our people, there is no way we can stop Pakistani artists considering we have a large number of stealth Pakistanis living among us

It was at Indira Gandhi's direction.

IG wanted Dutta Samat to fail because he was close to ex CM Antulay and she put pressure on the Industrialists to not give in to the unions. Antulay of course was also the patron of Dawood Ibrahim since both of them are from the same village/sub-community. It was under Antulay patronage that Dawood get rid of the Pathan gangs who ruled bombay before him. (Abdul Karim Sher Khan a.k.a Hajji Mastan, karim lala etc).

Apart from providing Dawood police protection to eliminate the rival gangs Antulay also started raiding the illegal hootch and drug market which was controlled by the pathan gangs alog with Varadarajan.

This was the time Sharad Pawar the Maratha leader, who hated the idea of the State of Shivaji being ruled by a Muslim CM, revolved against the Congress and started his own party called the Progessevist democratic party. (This was before he rejoined congress and than split again and formed NCP)

Sharad Pawar then created the Shiv Sena to counter the Antulay affiliated Trade unions.

Initially the Don Vardarajan was friendly with Bal Thackrey, but as Thackrays power grew Vardarajan fell out with him. That is when the Shiv sena started the "movement" to kick out South Indians ........ the primary target was to kick out Vardarajans gang and destroy massive support of South Indians he had. That put an end to Vardarajan.

The genius who orchestrated this entire battle was Sharad Pawar and he is the only one who emerged unscathed from the entire episode. He then managed to get rid of Dawood too forcing him to escape from India and right into ISI hands.

Pawar then became CM, almost became PM and head of BCCI. One of the smartest men in India today. (I rate him higher than Pranab Mukherjee)
