bacha khan was dev bund alim he was agianst pakistan bcuz some people like u will kill pukhtons nd will not be respected we dont hav identity in pakistan nd pukhtonkhwa is our province name so now maybe our pukhtons can get some rights and some education.
nd i m also agianst anp nationlism is not allowed in islam.i m pakistani lover and i love that pukhtons in pakistan hav there own name.how can u say that pukhtonkhwa shud not be allowed its hud be allowed if hazara wants there own province they can hav it..but our peopl cant get any more of these wars nd boombs stuff we r peacefull people we want peace in our region.

Movement for Hazara Province

The people of Hazara raised a voice for Hazara Province. This movement, founded in 1987 by the late Malik Asif Advocate, is named "Hazara Qaumi Mahaz" (HQM). The movement which has members across the country recently rose to prominence again with leaders again raising a demand for separate Hazara Province. People of Saraiki areas in south Punjab also raised the voice for separate province by disgraced PM Yousuf Raza Gilani similar to Hazarawal peoples.

In April 2010, it was announced that through an amendment in the Constitution of Pakistan, the name of NWFP would be changed to 'Khyber Pakhtunkhwa' leading to protests across the Hazara region under the leadership of Haider Zaman. The announcement of the new name also led to calls from Hazara for a new separate province.

Ten persons died, and nearly two hundred were hurt during the rallies and protest all over Hazara region against NWFP and creation of new province Hazara in April, 2010 and a complete wheel-jam and shutter-down strike was again observed in the Hazara on 2 May 2010, in support of this demand. Large public meetings in this regard as well as public protests have been regularly organised by the HQM (Hazara Quami Mahaz Pakistan ) and 'Tehreek I Hazara' movement, since; but the name of the NWF Province has been duly changed to 'Khyber Pakhtunkwha' and is a 'fait accompli'. The leadership of the Hazara movement, however, have vowed to continue their struggle until the achievement of their aims via peaceful and constitutional means.

Not in next 5 years...there are more pressing issues than Hazara Province.
Hazara potohar province make more sense.
If you start making provinces based on ethnicity then Hazara, Mohajir, Boruhi, makrani, all will want province for their ethnicity.

Lets not fool ourselves in thinking that Hazara province is the call of the people of the Hazara Division. Rather Hazara province is the call of Hindkowans of KP. However, following may be noted:

1. Abbottabad District is entirely Hindko speaking. (Hindko Majority)
2. Ghazi Tehsil of Haripur is Pashto, while the remaining Haripur District is Hindko Speaking. (Hindko Majority)
3. In Mansehra District, Baffa and Ogai Teshil is Pashto, while Mansehra (significant Pashto Population) and Balakot has Hindko Majority. (Marginal Hindko Majority)
4. Torghar District has overwhelming Pashto Majority.
5. Battragram District has Pashto Majority.
6. Kohistan District(s) has Kohistani language majority with significant speakers of Pashto in the west and the cities.

The total population of Hazara Division is 5.3 Million, which is behind Peshawar and Malakand Division of Khyber Pakhtunkhwa Province, both having populations exceeding 7.2 Million. The Area, Population and level of natural resources are much lower than many other division of the Country, let alone provinces, therefore, creation of Soba Hazara, which is the demand of Hindko Speaking of the country, not viable.

As per Census 2017, the total Hindko speaking people of Pakistan stands at 4.7 Million, which includes Hindko speakers not only from KP but also Kashmir, Punjab and the rest of the country, while the census data reveals that there are 3.5 Million Hindko speakers in KP. Therefore a reshuffle is suggested i.e. creation/reshuffling of a divisions in the northern KP by reducing the size of Malakand and Hazara Divisions and creation of Abbasin Division.

We have sindh , pakhtoonkhuwa , punjab and balochistan but others ethnic group don't recieves fair representation, those who are against the provincial lines on the basis ethnic group must address their concerns for the name of already present provinces and their quota discrimination with other ethnic groups. Hazara, south kpk, south sindh and saraikistan provinces are need of hour to end the discrimination on the basis of ethnic lines.

Provinces can be created but not along the ethnic lines.
North and South Punjab, East and west KPK, North and South Sindh, and North and South Balochistan.

It will be monumentally stupid to name it Hazara province. Not only is it an ethnic-derived name, it confuses with the shia mongol hazaras of Quetta and khurasan.

Paharistan, Galyat, Abaseen, etc...would be more appropriate. Same goes for Siraikistan. Panjnad or something derived from but neutral like Derastan. Then move onto Dardic regions like Kohistan and Chitral. They are neither pashtuns nor live in a geography like the khyber pass.

Yes ok... but Hazara province should only include Hindko Districts.. That include Abbotabad, Haripur and Mansehra, be apprised that Ghazi Tehsil of Haripur, Ogai & Baffa Tehsil of Mansehra are pashto speaking. Similalry, Okara, Tank, Jhang, Sahiwal etc claimed to be Saraiki are actually not Saraiki, therefore, lets make new provinces justly.
It may be noted that 3 out of 5 Tehsils of DI khan district are Pashto speaking, however, district is mostly saraiki.
