We can not blame him for wanting that. There are media reports, Bengali muslims in Assam has regained their dignity with this NRC exercise. Up till now, they were automatic suspect of being illegal Bangladeshi, just because they wear lungi and have beard. This NRC was a God sent opportunity for them to re-establish their Indian identity and dispel the age old libel of their assamese neighbors.

NRC actually will help Muslims to regain some sort of dominance in Assam. The Hindu Bengalis who migrated to India will lose their voting power while Muslims most of whom are the original inhabitants of Barak Valley will gain % increase. NRC will slap Indians hard with the realizations that Bangladeshi Muslim Migration is nothing but a Myth.

It is apparent from the fact that out of 40 lakhs , 38 lakhs are Bengali . 28 lakh of Bengalis out of NRC are Hindus.

BJP got self trolled with this NRC drama. Now the % of Muslims in Assam is bigger than before since the NRC update.

On the other hand, not Muslims rather the Bengali Hindus in Assam are now being massacred by the native Assamese people.

These mainland Indian politicians have always used Assam as an experiment center for their political propaganda no matter what the consequences are.

Just wait and watch....BD members here are just mad at what is going to inevitably happen (the ball has been set into motion big time now), given precedent set by MM, their upcoming election and post-election (and Indian role inside all of that) and that anti-illegal forces are consolidating all around their borders.

They can't point out one other country in the world essentially, that gets the amount of "abuse" (as they themselves define it) as it does from "big-bro" neighbour yet still beholden to it and parting with billions upon billions of dollars each year, for things BD could easily do itself if it set its resolve to. Ultimate they dont want to even approach choosing what the reason is...a binomial possibility of

A) having resolve but not using it...

B) not having resolve at all..

It sucks to have to choose from one of these two as reality....so best to deny and avoid thinking about it...and cherry pick whatever from wherever according to their feelings (rather than facts).

Its much easier to cry afterwards for decades after a reality is imposed (instead of doing thinking before it)....you know the case of 71 right w.r.t both of you right? Same kind of root psyche always there in BD ppl....and always will be. Deep down they know it too in the end (yes I have squeezed out lot of nice potent desperation emotion from them indicating so haha).
