Doubt. China has best social services in the world. Don't believe it? Take a trip to China and see for yourself. US social services are near non existent. US don't have a single mile of high speed rail. China on the other than has tens of thousands of miles of high speed rail.

Social services better than the Scandinavian countries?.. you guys are half a century behind to get to their current levels
