Not possible. SS have to accept CM from BJP now preferably Fadnavis. Deputy CM is something they will ask for( just like RR Patil in previous govt) along with some key ministries.
On Captain, Seems he is gonna make it without any external support in Haryana.

that's true.. but SS seems to be in a better bargaining position than they were prior to the result day. then again BJP can use NCP to keep SS in check!
