The guy who shot the people in Las Vegas was not Christian. He has no religious affiliation.

You may find this hard to believe but if you are born in the US you are not automagically a Christian. Same as in China where you aren't automatically a Buddhist. Some countries have automatic religious affiliations but not the US.
