? 11Nov is the end date for WWI. The date was made a holiday by the US, Canada, the UK, and probably others. It is known by different names in different places (Armistice Day, Veteran's Day, Remembrance Day, etc). In the US, it is the newer of two days of remembrance for veterans. The US has 11Nov (Veteran's Day) and the last Friday in May (Memorial Day). Memorial Day got it's start as "Decoration Day" - a day to decorate the graves of Civil War dead.

There are no holidays anywhere in the West that I am aware of for specifically Vietnam veterans. In the US, both holidays are generally considered to honor all veterans, not specifically those who served in a particular time or place. I would guess Canada is essentially identical.
