The US took Osama bin Laden out; would Modi order a cross border strike to take out the terrorist Ma

There is a right time and place for such things. We are not here to show our power or to threaten peace in the region.

India is giving full opportunity to world to act in an orderly manner if they don't respond, well India will have every right to respond in a way it sees fit and then no one can point at us.

India probably has already planned how to take out JeM, they are just waiting for the opportune moment. It's however in India's best interest also if Pakistan continue to deny India's surgical strike, as it would not allow the situation to escalate to war. Because even if its a terror outfit, Pakistani public will demand blood if India so brazenly go inside Pakistan and come back unscathed.

India is not in a position to dictate its terms, India knows very well any real surgical strike not mere dreams, will be met with a devastating response. India is acting like like a little school boy who cant provide security to its citizens rather than making Pakistan the bogeyman for its problems.

Americans went after Osama Bin Laden in Abbottabad; most wanted terrorist in the world. Pakistani security forces were also looking for him and wanted to get rid of him. In this particular case, violation of sovereignty was tolerated on the grounds of Osama's presence in Abbottabad. Another thing is that Americans can be dicks at times but they also understand our sensitivities. They did not (and won't) come after individuals important to us (examples: Hafiz Muhammad Saeed and Abdul Qadeer Khan).

However, Indians should understand that it is not easy to get through Pakistani defenses and neither you have the military capability on par with that of USA. Even if you somehow pull off a surgical strike, expect retaliation in return and it may come at our time of choosing (remember the statement of former COAS Raheel Sharif in this regard). So tread carefully in this matter. Don't try to emulate Americans without understanding your limits. Whatever the issues are, they should be raised through dialogue.

You tolerated USA raid.

I am surprised that the fact that the worlds biggest terror ist was found in Pakistan in first place and USA saidc nothing.

As for modi I think the message is clearct
India will no lo get tolerate terror from across borders

Very provocative article from a Canadian politician.

I am not sure about the capability of Indian agencies to carry out Mossad like operations against its violent opponents but I am sure that Indian politicians will not approve such an action and Modi is no exception. Eliminating terrorists like Hafiz Saeed or Masood Azhar will not solve the issue as others will replace them. We have to kill the very idea of terror. Free movement of Hafiz Saeed and Masood Azhar in Pakistan gives India a better weapon to act against Pakistan.

As regards to China vetoing Indian move against Masood Azhar actually works in our favour. It highlights the terror association of Pakistan and undermines China. And its difficult to understand why we are after NSG membership when we have got all the waivers that serve our purpose unless the US has some ulterior plans to denuclearize Pakistan by disallowing possession of nukes by a non NSG member or something like that...( sounds quite like some conspiracy theory).
For the border adventures by China, it will stop once the 17th Mountain Corps is commissioned and Rafales squadrons are ready. Its been going on for years and we don't need to suddenly get hyper about it.

However, its nice to see a sr. Canadian politician and Minister of Indian origin still showing interest in India's strategic matters. Looks like PIO/OCI diplomacy is working fine for India.
nice reading after long time on PDF....

US took out UBL because Obama had to be re-elected. I will watch second half of 2018 / early 2019 keenly. It is that time when Modi will act.

I always expect BS from an Indian, as they have hanuman army, which no one can see. They come, do sir-ji-kal strikes, kill and know one knows. Even they themselves don't know who and where they have killed and killed one's don't know if they are alive or dead.

But things work in this real world with proofs not just with Indian BS

So much delusion can only be expected by a brainwashed Pakistani , Even after catching you people pants down , you are still in denial . Its like arguing with a 4 year old . Hell your pathetic media were printing they were wining the war when India steam rolled over the Pakistani army in just 17 days. Just google 1971 Pakistan , enough said .

Indian soldiers have peanut balls, can only attack children and women. Unless there is hanuman to help them.:lol::lol:

Isn't it time to get your daily dose of gang rape? Will help with the frustration :lol:

A 'cross-border strike' would be a very expensive and possibly ineffective way to carry out such objectives.

Why would you wanna send soldiers inside Pakistan when a few paid hitmen can do the job for you and that too in a country like Pakistan where finding such hitmen wouldn't be difficult at all?
