Interesting: 19% of navy and airforce budgets goes to operations, compared to 40% of the USMC budget and a whopping 60% of the army budget!

I just saw the whole budge and noticed that only three countries get military aid from the US

Israel gets 2.380 billion
Egypt gets 1.300 billion
Pakistan gets .700 billion

I understand Israel getting money and all from the US. Pakistans gets it money under Pakistan counterinsurgency capability.

But i dont understand why Egypt gets 1.3 billion under foreign military financing for what reason ... is it because they help Israel ???
