الیکشن کمیشن میں بائیو میٹرک مشینوں کے استعمال کا عملی مظاہرہ، حکام نے میڈیا بریفنگ میں نیا پنڈورا باکس کھول دیا، این اے 120 میں انتیس ہزار سے زیادہ ووٹروں کے فنگر پرنٹس ہی موجود نہیں، پورے ملک میں ایسے ووٹرز کی تعداد ایک کروڑ سے اوپر ہے۔ اسلام آباد: (دنیا نیوز) این اے 120 کے ضمنی الیکشن میں 100 پولنگ بوتھس پر بائیو میٹرک مشینوں کا تجربہ کرنے کی تیاری کی گئی ہے۔ لیکن الیکشن کمیشن نے خود ہی خدشات کی پٹاری بھی کھول دی ہے۔ نادرا کے ریکارڈ میں 29 ہزار ووٹروں کے انگوٹھے اور انگلیوں کا پرنٹ ہی موجود نہیں۔ الیکشن کمیشن حکام نے خدشے کا اظہار کیا کہ پورے ملک میں بغیر فنگر پرنٹ ووٹرز ایک کروڑ سے زیادہ ہیں۔ بائیو میٹرک مشینوں کے تجرباتی استعمال کیلئے این اے 120 کے تمام امیدواروں میں باضابطہ معاہدہ ہو گا۔ الیکشن کمیشن حکام نے یہ بم بھی گرایا کہ 2013ء کے عام انتخابات میں مقناطیسی سیاہی کا استعمال بغیر کسی قانون کے ہوا تھا۔ انہوں نے بتایا کہ انتخابی عمل سے متعلق موبائل ایپ متعارف کرا دی ہے جس میں بائیو میٹرک مشینوں کے استعمال سمیت الیکشن سے متعلق معلومات موجود ہیں
