Nice to have you back after you being banned. I knew there was injustice when I saw it when talking about how the Mod banned you.
As far as TOT that is hard to accomplish between two countries because of how sensitive the technology is and the hesitance that may be exhibited by Aselsan. Honestly they are making strides themselves. For example Amir sultan center developed a passive radar and some other AESA radar that I can't find much information about.
