A couple days ago his first trial has done at courthouse. He said that he was trying to sell mtp's blueprints to go to hajj.

He has faith in Islam but he doesn't know that he can't go to hajj with haram money.

A design is different from function, While any enthusiast can disassemble any piece of equipment, look at the parts and understand the function, he can not reproduce it only on that inspection. A blue print is a set of actual measurements of each part (both internal and external). This guns lower and upper are milled, if you have the blue prints (exact dimensions specially in machine readable format), anyone who owns a 5-axis CNC machine, that can read that data can reproduce it in a matter of weeks if not days.

Sorry !!!! but I am really not getting the point here. Who on earth needs Guns blue print. ? Can't you know the entire design by just buying the Gun ?

By that logic, Why is PA carrying out all those battle rifle trials and negotiations? Why not buy one off the shelf from anywhere and re produce it in POF? They have quite decent machinery there.
