Longing for the past monarchies is considered stupid in every corner of the world. Only in this weird *** country it has become a state ideology. Dominant in what way? You want to allow people to take four wives plus a number of cariyes? You want to execute those who decide to be Atheists since they are Mürted? You want to take extra taxes from those who believe in other religions? You want to abolish equal inheritance and give men more share since they "take care of the house"(in 21th century)? You want to be able take slaves in wars? Taking the Ottoman examples into account, you want to forcefully take children of your non-muslim citizens and raise them to be your soldiers? You want the right of forcefully converting churches and synagogues into mosques? I'm really confused brother. I'm listing all the stuff from the era you long for and cant find anything that is good for everyone and will make us greater.

Don't put words... I didn't say I wanted a Sultanship, democracy works perfectly fine in Turkey.

The Islamic world will lead to a new Golden Era with Turkey taking the leadership.. Our foreign and domestic policies are a good indication of this.

For example, a new law passed 6 weeks ago where it made a place for wudu/adbest and a masjid next to it, as mandatory in all schools in Turkey, regardless if its public or private. Small steps like these are a good indication that the government is taking steps to raise a Golden youth that is well educated, informed and practising Muslims.

Kerem Buday, a Macedonian-Turk living in Turkey... now a Islamic preacher predicts Turkey needs 50 years for a new generation of Turks that's well practising and educated Muslims.

Make all schools handicapped friendly, make the waiting line in public hospitals less, provide free dental care for all children as it is in developed western countries.

Explain to me why we need practising Muslim youth to have a "golden era"? What exactly it will bring? What is it that education about tolerance to others, importance of science and arts and importance of standing together as a nation cant do but "practising islam" can do? Millions of people are following stupid tarikats. Fetö had hundreds of thousands followers, they were slaves to his will, many still side with him, hundreds of thousands people go to kiss the skirts of some guy in Adıyaman, people wear turbans and baggy pants and follow a guy who has a more assets and income then most of his followers without having a real job and has been changing views and sides depending on the political nature of the time. Is this the Turkey you wish for?

Ottoman Empire wasnt limited to Istanbul you know. Show us photos of where your family is from.
