Jews didn't build the Pyramids, that is a myth that's been spread due to movies depicting Jewish slaves as the ones that built the Pyramids.
But make no mistake, Jews were enslaved in Egypt. That would be around 1000 years after the 4th dynasty.

If I remember correctly, during that time, Israel was still called Canaan, and the Jews were called Hebrews and not Sons of Israel, that's why there's no mention of the word Israel.
It's a known fact semitic people were enslaved in in Egypt. What isn't proven with evidence is that there were semitic people that worshipped the God we Jews worship. There are indications for it though.
But that would be 18th to 19th dynasty. No plagues, no moses no red sea at that time
